5 ways to keep fit..

Always wanted to play a sport but to lazy to excersize for it? yeah, i know that feeling. Dont worry tho this blog post has everything you need to have much more fun playing sport!!

1.Dog walking- as boring and as simple as it sounds its one of the most effective ways to keep a nice figure and a healthy body. Do you have a dog? great just ask for your parents permission to walk your dog along the road for 10 minutes a day that’s equal to just over an hour a week which means you are burning 1,275 calories per month.even if you don’t have a dog i’m sure someone along your street does maybe you could ask them and even get paid for it!

2.Going for a run- Running is a quick way of building leg strength and developing stamina.its a piece of cake. All you have to do is put on a pair of trainers and start running weather its on the spot or around your local park. 20-30 minutes a day is a good starting point trust me within 3-4 months you will be flying round your park in 10 minutes sounds amazing doesn’t it ?!?!?!

3.Stretching the muscles- this one is so important to do before anything things as simple as star jumps, push ups and press ups are all great ways to maintain your perfect body. Stretching keeps the muscles flexible and strong and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints, without stretching the muscles shorten and become stiffen up.

4. Sleep- well this one is easy something everyone loves doing if you don’t your crazy. Its really important you get enough sleep so you don’t become lethargic the next day. an average adult should sleep for 7-9 hours a night where as an average kid should sleep for 10-11 hours a night. Lack of sleep can cause mental health problems and can surely mess up you body routine/sleep pattern.

5.Eating healthy- one of the hardest most annoying ways to stay fit especially if your a teenager all you would want to do is eat sweets all day and eat burgers at school. Well as hard as it seems it is possible to do. if you have a phone download an app called mealime meal plans its a great app that allows you to chose a recipe to cook and tells you how to cook it it also gives advice on the type of food you should be eating things such as the pasta dish is one of my all time favourite being a teenager let me know in the comments what your favourite meal is.
